VoltRider Shipping Policy

At VoltRider, we are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly as possible. Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

1. Shipping Availability

  • United States: We ship to the contiguous U.S., excluding Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.
  • Canada: Shipping is available, with costs ranging from $100 to $300.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders placed Monday through Friday are processed and shipped within 36 hours.
  • Orders placed on weekends will be shipped on Monday.
  • If you have special requests, please notify us when placing your order.

3. Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipping: Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.
  • Unshipped Orders: You may cancel if your order has not yet been shipped.
  • After Shipping: Cancellations are no longer possible. If a package is refused upon delivery, return shipping costs will apply.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email so you can monitor your package’s status.

5. Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery within the U.S. is 7-15 days. Delays may occur due to natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product.

6. Restocking Fees

  • New and Unused Products: Returns within 14 days are subject to a $100 restocking fee.
  • Used Products: Returns within 14 days will incur a 20% restocking fee based on the order total.
  • Refused Deliveries: A $150 flat fee applies to refused deliveries to cover handling costs.
  • Defective Items: If a product is defective and returned within 14 days, the restocking fee will be waived. Please contact Customer Service as soon as possible for assistance.
