Voltrider Return & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, email us at support@voltrider.com before it ships. We’ll do our best, but cancellations aren’t guaranteed since orders process quickly. You’ll receive an email confirmation if successful.

Returns

Due to the large size of our products, we generally do not accept returns. Please review all product details and warranty terms before purchasing.

Exceptions for Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Based on the issue, we may offer:

  • Free replacement parts
  • A return & refund (if the product is completely non-functional)
  • A new product replacement (if returned with no user-caused damage)

Warranty Coverage

Warranty terms vary by product and supplier. Details are listed on each product page.

How to Request a Return

Email support@voltrider.com with  "Return Request" and your order number in the subject line. If approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label through our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process.

Refunds

Refunds are issued after inspection and processed within 5 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items bought from unauthorized resellers
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Gift cards
