Voltrider Shipping Policy

At Voltrider, we are committed to shipping your order as quickly as possible. Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

1. Which Countries Can We Deliver To?

  • United States: All Voltrider E-Bike products can be delivered to the contiguous United States (excluding Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska). Due to policy reasons, we offer both free shipping services and promotional non-free shipping options. The final shipping cost will be displayed on the checkout page.

  • Canada: All Voltrider E-Bike products can be delivered to Canada. The cost of shipping to Canada ranges from $100 to $300.

2. When Will My Order Be Processed?

  • Orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped out within 36 hours.
  • Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped out on Monday.
  • If you have a special request or requirement, please notify us when placing your order.

3. Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipping: Customers can request an order cancellation before it is shipped.
  • Unshipped Orders: You may cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped.
  • After Shipping: Once the item is shipped, your order cannot be canceled. If the customer refuses the package upon delivery, the customer will be charged for the return shipping.

4. Tracking Packages

Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number to track your package. A shipment notification, including the tracking information, will be sent to your email address when your order is processed and leaves our facility.

5. Delivery Time

The delivery time will depend on your location. Typically, you will receive your item within 3-6 business days. You can check the tracking number through the carrier’s website to monitor your order’s delivery time.

6. Restocking Fee

  • New and Unused E-Bikes: For returns of new and unused e-bikes within 14 days of receipt, a $100 restocking fee will be charged.
  • Used E-Bikes: For returns of used e-bikes within 14 days, a restocking fee of 20% of the total order value will be charged.
  • Refused Deliveries: Deliveries that are refused will be charged a $150 flat fee to partially cover our handling costs.
  • Defective Items: Approved returns of defective items within 14 days of receipt are exempt from the restocking fee. Please notify our Customer Service team as early as possible to have the restocking fee waived.
