Voltrider Return & Refund Policy
Order Cancellation
To cancel a placed order, please contact us at support@voltrider.com before the order ships out. Submitting a cancellation request before the order ships out does not guarantee a successful cancellation. Customers will receive an email confirmation if the order is successfully canceled.
We will not be able to cancel orders once they have shipped. If the order has already shipped, please wait for delivery and then contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return label. Rejecting a shipped order or failing to follow the return procedure might result in item loss during transit or rejection by our warehouse due to lack of return registration, which could lead to ineligibility for a refund or replacement.
After we have received your return package and confirmed that the package is complete, with the product unused and in good condition, a restocking fee may be deducted from the final refund, depending on the condition of the product.
Returns
Customers are allowed to submit a return request within 7 days of delivery by emailing support@voltrider.com. Return requests submitted more than 7 days after the delivery date will not be approved.
If you find that the product is damaged upon opening the box, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods. We offer the following solutions:
A) Replacement Parts:
Voltrider will provide free replacement parts and cover the logistics cost.
B) Return and Refund:
If the product is not working at all, Voltrider will provide a return shipping label. After receiving and confirming the return, we will issue a refund. Please note that the shipping cost from the original shipment will not be refunded.
C) New Product Replacement:
After receiving the return and confirming it (with no human-caused damage), Voltrider will provide the customer with a replacement product.
Important Note:
For requests made after 7 days of delivery, plastic parts are not covered under warranty. Warranty parts will be covered by Voltrider, but the buyer will be responsible for shipping costs.
To initiate a return, email us at support@voltrider.com with "[RETURN REQUEST]" and your order number in the subject line for faster processing. Please ship all approved returns using the shipping label provided during the return merchandise authorization process.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed after the product is returned and inspected by our warehouse. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.
Non-Returnable Items Include, but Are Not Limited To:
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or individuals
- Items damaged due to human factors
- Gift cards
Note: Please DO NOT ship back any items before receiving approval for the return. Contact us through support@voltrider.com or by phone if you wish to initiate a return.
